From Paris With Love!

Paris is the city of my dreams. Paris stole my heart and wants to return it when I’ll move there. Every time when I visit Paris, I feel like a kid in a candy shop. This time I enjoyed Paris like it was my first time visit the city of love. Here are some outfits I wore for my great love.

Back to Paris!

Dear readers,

As you may have noticed, I haven’t been on vacation this summer. So I recently booked a trip to Paris, because I felt that I needed to go there again. Last year I went to Paris with my aunt and niece and we stayed there for 3 days.  I didn’t realize that 3 days weren’t enough to see all beautiful places in Paris. Of course we’d visited the Eiffel tower, Versailles, Louvre, Champs Elysee, Arch de Triomphe and made a boat trip.

This year I want to get to know Paris better. I want to visit places that are not fully crowded by tourists. So, I need your help! What are your suggestions? What should I visit? Where should I grab some lunch?(not too expensive s’il vous plait) I planned to visit the parcs and go to some vintage shops. Please dear readers help me, give me adresses or names of places so I can see the real Paris and not the touristic Paris!

I’m leaving august 21st to Paris, so be quick!

Bye Bye exams, Hello freedom!

Yes people,

After three weeks of studying and looking like a zombie, my exams are finally over. I´m not telling you that it went as I wanted to. There is still a chance that I won´t pass… . Even if I don´t pass my exams this year, I´ll do my best next year haha!

Enough about exams etc etc. I´m finally done with school! So I´ve made some plans about how I´m going to spend my free time!

First: June 22nd me and my sister, and of course a lot of other people, will go to Holi Festival in Amsterdam! I really can’t wait till I’m able to throw some coloured powder in the air with thousand of other people!

In the meantime: – I want to read some philosophical books. Don’t ask me why I spend my free time reading books. – I’ve to earn some money.  – choose a date for my trip to Paris. – Get in shape! – BLOG BLOG BLOG!

I already revealed it, but again, I’m going to Paris in july!!!

So this was in short my comeback after the exams! I’m going to watch Gossip Girl and munch on a celery stalk!

Coco: Back on Track

Hello People!

I’m back home from my fantastic vacation to Baku, Azerbaijan. This was my third time that I was visiting my birthplace and as every year I enjoyed my almost 30 days in Azerbaijan! This year I didn’t spend my whole vacation in the city of Baku, but we went to Qebele, Ismayilli, Ilisu, Sheki and Xizi. I’ve once been in Qebele and Xizi, but the other places were totally new for me. We’ve been visiting Qebele, Ismayilli, Sheki and Ilisu in 2 days and ofcourse it was not long enough to see everything there.  I’ve spent my 2 days between mountains and waterfalls, it was just like in heaven. The weather and the food is so delicous there and it was soo quiet.

Moi, ready for the summer streetfashion =)

Back in the city, my sister, my niece and I visited the modern art museum. We spent some afternoons in Park Bulvar, The Old City or in the cinema. Ate our lunch & dinner at Dalida ( mostly) and after walking in the city for the whole day, we returned to our summer cottage in Bilqeh, near the sea.

When old meets new. From the Old City, you can see the Flame towers.

souvenir shops in the old city!

After this, I’ll post the places where I’ve been in Baku, because other wise this post is going to be very very long!

My next trip to Baku will be in May for the Eurovision Songcontest (Insh’Allah), so I’m really excited about that idea.

Baku, Don’t miss me too much, I’ll be back soon!

In My Closet!

I was thinking about something new for my blog. After looking in my room for some inspiration, I thought, maybe I could tell something about things that are in my closet. I have chosen for this 3 things to tell about where I bought it, and maybe a story about this thing.

I bought this vest in Amsterdam’s H&M for €10-. I fell in love when I saw this hanging there. My friend and I were in Amsterdam for a job,we wanted to work in a cafe “La  Place”, so we went there to talk with the manager and we got the job! This vest has a hippie look and I love the strings that are hanging on it. The colour is fantastic, white is totally good looking for in the summer, when you’ve got a tan.

This clutch is also from H&M, but from a whole other city, Barcelona! We went on a trip with school and after arriving there, we went shopping with the girls. It was love at first sight. It was €15-, so it was not that expensive. I love the colour and the texture. It reminds me of a garden full of red roses.

Yes, it seems like that I only buy my clothes at H&M, but it was just a coincidence. These shoes are soo soft and the colour is so tempting. I bought them yesterday. Actually I went yesterday to the library to do some homework with my friend, so if my mom is gonna read this, I’m dead xD. We just walked past H&M and we couldn’t resist the temptation so we walked in and I finally found my size!
